Confused about Yogurt dripping

Hi All,

I am making my first batch of yogurt. It should be done around 7:00

p.m. tonight. The dripping part is what has me confused. When I first

take it out of the yogurt maker, do I cool it first for 6 hours in the

refrigerator and then drip, or can I start dripping it when I first

get it out of the machine while it is still warm? Any help would be

appreciated. I looked in the archives but did not see an answer to

this question. Thanks.
