Dee, I have a friend who had the rny 2 years ago she has gained back 30lbs,

She know it her fault she grazes all day. After your body heals you should

try to stick to meals and a small snack, after all this is a tool not a

guarantee .. just my 2 cents

Trisha Lanman

praying Dr. R. will help me to the other side soon!!!

Hi:

I am Frances Rountree from Chapel Hill, NC right next door to Durham. I

had the surgery 1 year ago, March 5, 1999. I have lost 105 lbs. The

rate of loss has slowed down, but of course that is probably due to my

not exercising. I have had absolutely no complications. My dress size

is down from a 28 to a 18. I put on a new size 18 this morning and I

can see the way it is hanging off my shoulder I will not be able to wear

it but a couple of times. I know there are people who had this surgery

before me but I don't know who they are. I hope you will hear from some

of them, I would like to know what they have to say. The best thing I

have ever done for myself.

Frances
