Jody,

I'm so sorry to read of Elaine's death. I will write something for you

later today.

I have hardly been on the computer at all this summer, its been so busy, so

I'm really goad you sent this by direct email, else I would probably have

missed it.

Been thinking about you though.

First, Happy Birthday to (a week late!) Hope it was a good one.

Second, I tried searching a bit on Pecanbread but can't find any news - has

anyone heard from Marilyn about how she and her husband (and dachsunds)

weathered the hurricane? Hoping they are alright, though I'm sure they are

displaced.

Thanks again.

Subject: Memorial Page on pecanbread.com

I would like to make a page in memory of Elaine on pecanbread.com.

Anyone is welcome to contribute to this page. Either short (150 words or

less

if possible-so we can have room for everyone) or photos of Elaine may be

contributed. Please send the text of your writing within the body of the

e-mail.

No attachments other than .jpg photos please. This will speed up the

process

of being able to get the page online quickly.

Please send all contributions to me:

momtobandj @ bluemarble.net (remove spaces)

In the subject line, please put " In memory of Elaine " .

Thanks!

Marilyn and family are alright. They are staying with friends.
