doing well surgery wise, please send me the medication charts

I had my surgery 4-6-00, and I am doing very well. I have lost

to my knowledge about 15 pounds.

If there is anyone who needs a contact for their package, I'd be

willing to talk to them on the phone. It will do my soul good to

help

and be in contact with people. I am such a firm beliver in this

procedure, and feel like I am getting the benefits from it left and

right. I am just having trouble getting all the required vitamins

etc. so I need the charts that have been floting around. Please send

them to katla61@..., I would be very thankful.

had a big funiaral, over 1000 people came and is it

because she was known throughout Iceland for her humanitarian work.

Again I want to thank you for your unselfish gifts to her family. It

is not easy for us Icelanders to ask for money, but everythign helps.

AS for asking what happened to , why she died, I would

feel better to have Dr. Rutledge answer, he has all the right medical

What are the options as far as vitamins. What the best one to take. I also

have difficulty with muti-vitamins, they tend to cause nausa for me.
