Guest guest
Dear Genz, I have lived most of my adult life with a just barely normal thyroid level and the docs have always said that as long as it was at least registering the lowest normal reading they would not put me on anything. So when it dropped to 2 points below normal and they were in a real snit to get me started on something I was surprised. I don't feel a whole lot different than I did before I took anything. A friend said I would probably notice some improvement in joint pain when I started the thyroid replacement, but I didn't notice any. I noticed a big improvement in joint pain after I had the MGB. My dose before and after are the same. I just had the level checked at my three month post op check and it was fine on the same dose.
