Anyone have similar situation?

I met someone who has a son who sounds like he's autistic... smart as a whip

(reads full sentences at age 5 but no school yet) but has a ton of compulsive

behaviors.... repeats words and phrases over and over and over, repetitive

behaviors like opening and shutting cabinet doors, etc... really advanced

developmentally in some areas and severely delayed in others, lots of behavior

issues... and lots of testing but nobody can diagnose him. She is at her wits

end and really is looking for answers for him. I suggested SCD but she says he

has no digestive issues and is very healthy. Can anyone relate to this? Is SCD

still a good option for her? Thanks guys...

OH and oddly enough he's never had any immunizations... go figure.
