Guest guest
the douglas labs magnesium taurate is a good magnesium multivitamins are like chelation, oversimple ideas that do not work in practice cause they gloss over the detail and are too coarse to give that sustained higher function however cut down b multis can be effective calcium imo is often not needed, causes more problems than it sleves and vit d is more the issue epsom salt baths being used are a sure sign of supplementation problems in my observation, the results with epsom salts are too unstable and the epsom salts feed skin fungi cut down douglas labs molybdenum is a better way to approach that pathway. > Can anyone suggest a legal multi-vitamin for children?
