hi

it needs to ferment for 24 hours, this gives the bacteria a chance

to eat pretty much all of the naturally occuring sugars. 24 hours

is about right - if you leave it any longer it can become quite tart

plus the bacteria can mutate, i believe, if my memory serves me

right.

Tami,

Just look at the directions on pecanbread.com. That will help you get

accustomed to the goat vs. the nut yogurt.

It needs to ferment for 24 hours.

To make it in the single serving jars, just follow all of the directions until

the

part where it says to pour all of the mixture into the container and pour the

mixture into the individual containers instead.
