Hi all. This is Rhonda from Indiana. I don't post much, but I do

read most of what everyone else post. If anyone hears how Elaine

does today, would you post it for me or email me at rhonda.cox@...

She is to have her surgery today. We work together. I hope to have

surgery sometime in the near future. Right now I am feeling a little

overwhelmed by all the paperwork that has to be done prior to

surgery. It seems to be such a slow process. I am waiting on my PCP

to get paperwork done for me that my insurance company has

requested. Plus waiting on my medical records. They said it could

take 4-6 weeks just to get them copied!!!!!! I asked them if I could

take them and copy them myself. Of course, they said no. In the

mean time I am working on my patient letter. I just want to get this

surgery done. I'm afraid if I don't get it done soon, I might eat my

way into being to heavy to have MGB. I can't seem to leave the food

alone at all now since I have made the decision to have the MGB.

It's crazy!!!!!!I have some fears about having surgery, but I have

more fears about not having it. Thanks to all for sharing your

experience, strength, and hope with me through the internet. It has

been a Godsend.
