Have I taken my own out? No, Have I had someone else (other than a doctor

take mine out) yes. I cannot reccomend that approach however sometimes we

" have to take things into our own hands " so to speak. Its not hard. although

I am not going to tell you how to do it,but it can be done. The person cannot

be timid about it though (hint, hint).

Debs,

If it needs to come out, and it sounds like it does, you just have to

make the time to get it done. Tell your people at work that you've

got to get a half day, or day, whatever you need, OFF! That your

health is at stake and if you can't get the time off to get this taken

care of, you may end up back in the hospital for an extended

period of time battling with the infection and who knows what

other problems the thing may be causing.

My 2 cents. Take care,

Debs,

you need to tell your work that you need the time off to

get this taken out. It's a choice of a day now or weeks

later on when the infection lands you in the hospital again

(something I know you want to avoid). I used to tell my job

that with my previous employer. Amazing how well they

responded in letting me go to the doctor. I hope you see

your doctor soon and get ride of it. Take care of yourself.
