i was just wondering, the president choice mustard, ingredients are: Water,

mustard seeds, white vinegar, salt, citric acid, contains sulphites.

Are sulphites allowed?

There are lots of legal mustards. I did mention Orphee a few days ago. In Canada

President's Choice Dijon is legal.

Some people are sensitive to sulphites. Others are not. SCD doesn't tell you to

sulphites. But common sense does if you keep reacting to them. Since I

sometimes do, I

use Orphee organic mustard. I have avoided mustards with sulphites but many can

tolerate them. It's hard to tell about consistency in food sensitivity. They wax

and wane

and often disappear as you heal.

Real food allergies are a different story. They can result in an intense and

dangerous

anaphylactic reaction and even be life threatening.
