Others are not. SCD doesn't tell you to restrict sulphites. But common sense does if you keep reacting to them. Since I sometimes do, I use Orphee organic mustard. I have avoided mustards with sulphites but many can tolerate them. It's hard to tell about consistency in food sensitivity. They wax and wane and often disappear as you heal. Real food allergies are a different story. They can result in an intense and dangerous anaphylactic reaction and even be life threatening. Carol F.
