I never realized that I'm shaped like a V. My shoulders are broad

and my arms stick out because of all the fat under them. It's really

pathetic. I knew I felt big but I guess my eyes wouldn't let me see the fat

in the mirror. You know how you always turn so you get your best angle when

looking in the mirror. When you don't let anyone take your picture it just

lets you live the lie a little longer.

I've been looking at the transformation pictures on the MGB site,

are any of the post-ops that correspond with us lowly pre-ops, on the

transformation site? I would love to put faces with names and see before and

afters. I've tried to go by the initials and haven't had any luck. Please

let us know if you have photos we can view.
