Thanks for the recipe, Carol. It sounds delicious.

From your previous posts, it sounds like you reside in

Ontario. I will be in the Toronto for 2 weeks at

Christmas. Can you recommend some markets that have

almond flour and other SCD legal ingredients?

By the way, was that you in the picture with Jodi

Bager and Lass at their book launch? If so, it's

nice to put a face to the name. :)

This sounds great, but would it still be as good without the crused

pecans? I am not sure my kids would like that in there- ??

What do you think?

What does it mean to boil the vinegar until it makes a soft ball when

dropped into cold water? Are we supposed to drop this into cold water? If

so, how do we get it out?

You boil the whole mixture until, like conventional candy, it makes a soft ball

when

dropped intocold water.
