I just feel like I want to chew. The strongest craving has been for a banana. So.... I bought one and blended it with some yogurt and had it. Tasted like none I have ever had before. I also just want to keep eating. I DO think that is habit. Whatever it is taste good and I want more, even though about 1/2 cup is probably perfect. I have not had any problem wanting really bad food, but I do want to sit down and eat what my family is having for dinner. So far, it really hasn't been too bad, but different from ever before. KNOWING that you can really hurt yourself is a good thing. Before I could never make the consequences real enough! They are pretty real right now! And of course, with me EVERYTHING is phychological!!
