Guest guest
I have a recipe for cough syrup that is very soothing. It's an old remedy for whooping cough. The original recipe calls for a raw egg white, but I omit it. 1 part extra virgin olive oil 1 part honey 1 part fresh squeezed lemon juice (measurements need not be exact - my husband uses 1/2 part olive oil) Mix in blender or shaker. Dose by the spoonful as needed. Olive oil and honey soothe, honey has antibacterial properties, and lemon juice provides vitamin C.
Guest guest
Thank you for the recipe. I'm sure many of us may need it this winter. How do you store it? Does it separate? Is there a maximum amount you shouldn't exceed each day? I have kids. Thanks again. son 4 asd scd 1.3 yrs daughter 5 --- NY BargainFamily nybargainfamily@...> wrote: > I have a recipe for cough syrup that is very > soothing. It's an old remedy > for whooping cough.
