e,

I asked Dr. R that same question about sugar vs sugar free and he said in his

sweet tone of voice honey, that is something you will never need to obsess over

again! I have taken the sugared kind now for nine months with no ill effects.

Don't we just LOVE this man??!! How fortunate that God gave him the courage

to develop and perfect the MGB so that our lives can be returned to us and

God's service. Please remember to keep Dr. R, his family, and his

practice/staff in our prayers, daily. Dee in MI.

Hey , AKA Barbie,

Thanks for the 1 800 number, every $$ counts. BTW our Wal-Mart here

in Statesville carries the sugar- free, so yours would probably order

it if you explain to them that you will be purchasing it by the

metric ton LOL. So glad you are back.

You don't have to use sugar-free, but your tastes will *definitely*

change after the surgery. For most people, anything with sugar

tastes

*much* sweeter -- awful, actually -- than before, so you may not

*want* anything with sugar in it.

Also, the Ornish diet (which you are supposed to be on after surgery)

says to eliminate fats and sugars as much as possible.

That's two possible reasons for people looking for " sugar-free "

Citrucell.

I finally said the hell with it, I couldn't stand the taste of

Citracell, sugar-free or not, and got a different brand that has *no*

taste whatsoever and can be mixed in anything. Kronosyl, available

at

Walmart.

Kind regards,
