My child is on the diet 1 month.Very soon his stools became

firmed.Questions:

1)Now I have started giving him raw fruit(he could not stand no more

the cooked ones)and stools are just fine.Is it ok to start raw fruit

so soon in this case?

2)I make nut flour at home with a mixer that won't reduce the nuts

exactly like flour but muffins are perfectly ok.

Only the stools of my son are with tiny pieces of nut.Is it ok or i

should remove nuts from the diet.Is there a better way to make nut

flour.(Here in Greece they dont sell it ready)

Thanks

Simona

Yes, since his stools are good with the raw fruit then it is fine. :)

I sometimes use a coffee/herb /spice grinder to make fine nut flour.

Just a little bit at a time. If using the food processor I add the nut

flour or (blanched nuts) to some of the " wet ingredients " (eggs or

fruit puree) and let it mix a long time to help further grind the nuts.

If his stools are still okay then tiny pieces of nuts in the stool are

okay. As long as he is having fairly regular bowel movements.
