Guest guest Posted September 4, 2005 Report Share Posted September 4, 2005 The Yogourmet yogurt maker has a shell that you put water in and warm up before you begin making the nut milk. The nut milk mixture is poured into a seperate container with a snapped lid and that is put into the shell with warm water then you put the lid on the shell and cook for 8 hrs.
