I used to buy the blanched almonds and grind them myself in a coffee grinder

or food processor. I was told not to trust the Red Mill.

What flour were you using before? The only one I know of is Bob's Red Mill

almond flour, and I know that several people on this list have had problems

with it.

Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour is processed on the same machines as grain.
