Can I let yogurt culture in a pot that has a stainess steel cooking

surface? I've always made goat yogurt in glass pyrex containers, but

I'm currently making more than a gallon and want to just leave the

milk in the pan that I use to heat the milk - it has an aluminum core

and a stainless steel cooking surface. The stainless would touch the

milk. Is there any reason why it wouldn't be safe to make it in this

pot? I'm afraid of something leaching into the yogurt and just want to

be sure...

Thanks!!!!!
