Sorry Amy,

Commercial baby food is not allowed but you could puree your own. When I prepare

for a

colonoscopy I eat pureed foods for three days before having just soup and juice

for two

and I enjoy the pureed food and find it easy to do with a hand blender.

That's correct no commercial canned foods including commercial

bottled baby foods.

Not the cooking process but that baby food producers have been found

to lie what is in their foods.
