When I prepare for a colonoscopy I eat pureed foods for three days before having just soup and juice for two and I enjoy the pureed food and find it easy to do with a hand blender. Carol F. Since canned veggies are not allowed, I > assume no more babyfood veggies? That's correct no commercial canned foods including commercial bottled baby foods. >If they only contain > water and the veggie (squash for example) why are they > not allowed? Is it the cooking process? Not the cooking process but that baby food producers have been found to lie what is in their foods.
