interesting studies and question about liver flush

I went off the bc pill about 3 weeks ago and have been having pelvic pain. I

had a laparascopy done in my twenties when I was having major problems and they

said it was endometriosis on my ovaries, said I might have trouble getting

pregnant (I have 5 kids now, yes 5). But was shocked that it came back so

quickly coming off the pill so I have to go back on it, the pain of that is just

too much to add to everything else. I read some studies, several said if you

have endo you have a 100x more chance of having CFS and fibro. They discuss it

as an immune and autoimmune disease, with special problems with thyroid and

breathing problems. Which of course confirms the theory that most of us that

get sick from the implants are probably predisposed to these things, others may

not be, although I still disagree with implants for any person just based on the

toxicity of them.

Never done a liver flush, seems like a good idea. I don't do well with fasting

though with low blood sugar. What do you do? I never heard back from the dr

about what an apple cleanse is either. I am totally off pain meds now, focusing

on detoxing. Nannette

Nannette,

That's great news about being off the pain meds...keep detoxing. You are doing

great.

I think a bio-identical hormone replacement product would be much better than a

birth control pill. I take bio-identical hormones myself. The issue with birth

control pills and any other form of hormone replacement therapy is that they do

not provide hormones in a natural form that the human body recognizes as human

made. There are differences in these hormone products chemically, which is why

they are patentable and make the drug manufacturers scads of money. When you go

bio-identical, you go with something that your body recognizes chemically as

exactly the same as what you already have been producing all your life. I

absolutely HATE synthetic hormones for this reason. If you have never asked your

doctor for bio-identical hormones, please do and see if he/she will comply.

Your health will be much better for it. (Synthetic hormones are cancer causing,

while natural are not.)

Fasting can help with low blood sugar, IMHO, but it would be best if you were

medically supervised through a fast. Hypoglycemia is a precursor to

hyperglycemia (diabetes) and is an indication that your pancreas is not working

up to par. Fasting can be done with juices (FRESHLY EXTRACTED ONLY if

possible!), which will help keep your blood sugar from falling too far.

Hopefully the doctor will answer about the apple cleanse, but I bet you can find

the info on the net. I've heard of a Grape Cure as well, and it is quite

simple. You only eat grapes, and all kinds of good things are supposed to

happen. You can do it with watermelon too, and I think that is better, with less

sugar content and more glutathione.

TAke your pick! Theres' all kinds of ways to detox out there!
