Guest guest
Hi GG- I just did my first liver flush last night. I followed H. 's recipe with the espom salts and olive oil. I was absolutely amazed this morning when I passed what could have been a couple hundred stones (if I estimated right)! It was a very painless process. I am also during a parasite cleanse ; am in my second week, and just took a day off to do the liver flush. Just my preference to do it sooner rather than later. I hope you have success with yours. Guest guest
jeanne; i felt really sick after doing the liver cleanse, i think im allergic to epsom salt. (as i am highly allergic to a lot of things). i felt a little nausea during the nite when i got up. didnt you have any nausea? i keep wondering if this is the only way to get stones out (clarks recipe) - also wonder how anyone discovered this, as most drs. dont know much about it. ( i realize clark is different). gg Re: N Friends / liver flush Hi GG-I just did my first liver flush last night.I followed H. 's recipe with the espom salts and olive oil. Guest guest
GG- There are other recipes that you may prefer. I think it may just be a trial and error to see which one you can tolerate the best. I am going to try and do liver flushes every 2 weeks. They do seem to make me more tired afterwards, but I felt that way when I started enemas and foot baths, which I am handling much better now. I have added colloidal minerals to my regimine. Guest guest
The nauseousness is from a constipated liver. I had the similar thing happen when I first did a liver flush, it felt as if I had too much to drink, alcoholic drink that is!The trick is the after and before to drink a detox tea or tincture to help push the olive oil through. The other suggestion you can do a gentle liver flush, it spread out for 5 days and it doesn't include Epsom salt. Have a Happy and Healthy Day, Kopera M.H.© Copyright 2007 www.sCorner.com . Guest guest
GG, My husband and I have done numerous liver flushes...and my husband threw up one night doing one. He hadn't done that before, and hasn't done it since, so I am sure it was a particular circumstance in that one flush. He was really bummed about it (nobody likes to barf). But I also read in one of my books on the liver flush that even the author had thrown up once from a flush, so you just never know. I wouldn't worry too much about nausea. Guest guest
hi patty; i dont think it was the nausea as much as the allergy to epsom. when i was talking about another way, iwas thinking along the lines of some kind of enema - maybe the h202 - some dr somewhere probably knows. i am going to try another herb a dr recommended, but havent yet asked about the morn. after (clarks recipe), so dont know if thatll make a difference. i know you used the mag. citrate - how many flushes have you done now, and do you think its made a big difference? gg Re: N Friends / liver flush GG,My husband and I have done numerous liver flushes...and my husband threw up one night doing one. Guest guest
Hi Galye, I've completed 13 liver flushes. I felt incredibly nauseated only once (to the point I was begging to vomit). The only thing that I had done differently that time was I didn't follow the advice of no food after 2:00 p.m. Maybe that's why? I'm not sure. I've had two docs recommend Hulda 's recipe and one other recommended one with coca cola. I didn't want the sugar of chemicals of the cola, but he said that the carbonation helps with nausea. It's a trade-off. I found a great blog by a woman who journaled her 16 flushes. I'll see if I can find it and post. - PH
Guest guest
Hi GG, I would estimate that I've done at least a half dozen liver flushes over a period of several years. I have not done them every 2 weeks or even every week as some of the women have done, and I've even heard of people on curezone.com doing as many as a series of 20 or more liver flushes over time. One person shared that after doing at least 21 liver flushes successively over a period of time that their lupus was cured. That was impressive. So, I think it's worthwhile. I think my major detox efforts, such as fasting and liver flushing and coffee enemas have made the most difference. Guest guest
patty; sounds good for you over time. too bad more people arent aware of detox who have major problems. i still always wonder how h. clark discovered what she did about them. gg Re: N Friends / liver flush Hi GG,I would estimate that I've done at least a half dozen liver flushes over a period of several years. Guest guest
Hi Gayle, I think they have helped me about a 7...I'm not sure, could be more in that I think they are beneficial to the filtering process of our bodies yet maybe I'm still battling so many toxins that I'm not feeling huge effects yet. I've noticed that when doing them, my vision and energy is somewhat clearer for the next few days but then symptoms return. However, I think getting the parasite problem under control was huge and I haven't done a liver flush since then. I'm doing my 14th one after a few more days of fasting. According to an EIS scan that my doc gave me, my liver was highly inflamed. After a year of doing liver flushes the results are showing that it is less inflamed...yet, that could be from better diet, drinking tons of water, parasite meds, etc too. My doc says that the liver is the center of the endocrine system. Definitely the liver and hormones interact (I forgot what mentioned about the process in a previous post but he spelled it out nicely)...darn brain fog! For a while, any time I did a liver flush, my period would start, regardless of where I was in my cycle. So, I do think that having a clean liver would impact all of our hormonal issues as well. Don't give up just because you had the nausea the one time. It's not a pleasant procedure but it seems to be worth the number of stones that come out!!! You're right...how in the world did Hulda come up w/ this??!! Love, PH
Guest guest
hi ph; thanks for the info. its not so much the nausea with me (altho i hate the thot of it), it was more the allergy to epsom. a chiro. gave me a herb sub., but dont know about the morning drinks clark recommends. also the epsom does keep you from hunger (which is a big thing for me at nite), and dont think the herb would do that either. guess i have to get creative. interesting about the liver flush producing the period. are yours normal otherwise? (some regular drs should know about this!) gg Re: N Friends / liver flush Hi Gayle,I think they have helped me about a 7...I'm not sure, could be more in that I think they are beneficial to the filtering process of our bodies yet maybe I'm still battling so many toxins that I'm not feeling huge effects yet.
