It has bifidus in it, which Elaine said has a tendancy to overgrow. You might try Digest Gold instead - it's stronger than Digest (so use less) but is legal. One other thought - after using it 3x/day for a week per the instructions, we now use Candidase every night for maintenance, and it seems to help keep my daughter's yeast under control.
