Should one still take Armour Thyroid while on a fast?

Hi Patty and all,

I am planning to try another fast in July. Currently I am taking Armour thyroid

(just 1 grain daily). I was wondering if anyone can give me an opinion on

whether I should continue to take the Armour thyroid while on the upcoming fast?

The doctor who prescribes the Armour for me is just a conventional Western med

doctor (who was nice enough to write the script for me, because I preferred it

over the Snythrodi), but he doesn't know anything about alternative health, so

he wouldn't know what to advise me...So I'm not sure who might have an answer

for this question.

Even any opinions, thoughts, etc. would be suggested--I don't want to sabotage

the fast, yet now my body is used to taking Armour, so I am a bit torn.
