Well Yavon, I dont know.......

I know many people say you crave what

your body needs........

I know that I have high estrogen and I crave

some of those foods.........so, for me, I have to consiously

pace myself with those foods...

same thing with the foods that affect the thyroid......

I know that when I eat raw broccoli, I freeze for a couple

days ! ! , one of the symptoms of thyroid dysfunction.....I also

have fluctuating TSH....so....

Basically all we can do is make a food journal and see

if there are patterns between what we eat and how

we feel, best to journal how you feel physically, and

emotionally ! Many people dont realize that foods

affect your emotions greatly.....from happy to

We can also crave foods that we are allergic to or addicted to, like needing that next "fix" (just like with sugar, only it can happen with wheat, eggs, etc).
