I know that I have high estrogen and I crave some of those foods.........so, for me, I have to consiously pace myself with those foods... same thing with the foods that affect the thyroid...... I know that when I eat raw broccoli, I freeze for a couple days ! ! , one of the symptoms of thyroid dysfunction.....I also have fluctuating TSH....so.... Basically all we can do is make a food journal and see if there are patterns between what we eat and how we feel, best to journal how you feel physically, and emotionally !
