You don't need to rotate the " intro " diet foods. Just select from them and try

to use as

many as are tolerated. After following the introductory diet for a few days,

gradually start

to add other SCD legal foods at you own pace and see if they are agreeable.

There are

some posted guideline ideas on the web site listed as " The Stages " but you are

not

obligated to stick strictly to that. It just suggests what may be easier to

digest at first. The

objective is to expand the selection over time to a wider variety of foods.

In my experience, a 4-day rotation means that you only eat the same food

once in 4 days. There are some sample rotation diets on the internet.
