Constipation - how do I help my 9 month old baby

Hi,

My baby girl is not on SCD, but I do watch her diet carefully (no

diary, no gluten, no sugar etc.). She seems to be constipated & is in

pain when she needs to pass a stool. She is on a soya formula (could

be worsening the problem). She has olive oil & psyllium husks daily to

assist, occassionally eats cooked prunes & drinks " prune & apple " juice

or " rooibos " tea daily.

Maybe I'm not giving her enough of the fibrous veggies.. What veggies

contain the most fibre? Is she ready at this age to go onto goats milk

that is not fortified? Maybe I should try a " diary based " formula

where the lactose or/and casein has been removed.

Any suggestions will be great.

Thanks
