Guest guest
I just wanted to send out a hi, and congratulations on your decision to have the WLS. I am 26, single, and had the surgery in February. My starting weight was 310 (very close to yours) and my weight today (my 6mo checkup) was 212. I was shooting for 100lbs, but i'm still happy with 98 Anyways, I don't profess to know it all, but if you have any questions or would like to talk, feel free to send me a direct email, or IM. badgrl21f@... or chrissyanne1976@.... I also have more pictures online in the photos section on here and on my yahoo profile. I don't really want to tell people either, but my mom sometimes seems to do it for me. It is a little embaressing.. I know how you feel about that. But if you weigh the situations it is probably more embaressing to stay M.O. Anyhow how close to surgery are you. I am ready for my consult after the info session on Wendsday. My PCP was amazingly supportive and I am so ready. I get really scared sometimes, but I am sure I will never lose this 140# without the tool. I am hoping to get my date before the year is out. I started taking water areobics this week and I am going to hire a personal trainer so I can get strong before the surgery and hopefully help my skin shrink after. It is good to see someone very close to my age on her we should keep intouch and share our experiences.. ~Hugs~ Mindy BMI 44 317/180??
