Guest guest
Besides all the flamers you did have quite a few supporters. Once it was figured out who you were they went to bat for you. I'm glad you decided to stay with the group. You would have been missed. For everyone out there. IGNORE the things that you don't like on this list. You could be hurting someone very special who just wants our help and support. Lets not be like those people out there that can easily put us down for being fat when they don't understand our personal struggles. Be good to each other. Just my 2 cents Janet Armour MGB 5/10/

Guest guest
Hi! I didn't have any complications or nausea. Dumping hasnt' been a problem either. I can eat anything I want but in small quantities. Before I could eat a whole bag of Hershey Kisses and today only one or two will fill me up. Same with M & Ms. In fact, I get the mini M & Ms because the regular size are too much. I tend to eat more saltier things such as pringles chips and cheese curls. Again, only a few. You get to the point where your body adjusts to the amount you can eat. Anything over that amount and you get too full and hurt or throw up or have diarhea. I don't eat much bread. It's a relearning experience but one well worth the taking. Janie > Janie > > > > Janie, > Hi! I see that you are one year and have lost about 162 pounds.
