Besides all the flamers you did have quite a few supporters. Once it was

figured out who you were they went to bat for you. I'm glad you decided to

stay with the group. You would have been missed.

For everyone out there. IGNORE the things that you don't like on this list.

You could be hurting someone very special who just wants our help and

support. Lets not be like those people out there that can easily put us down

for being fat when they don't understand our personal struggles. Be good to

each other.

Hi Janie,

I hope your doing great!!!

I m kinda sorta new with a quick surgery date in

2 weeks! AMEN to that .

But, to what im reading you are post op a yr ?..

Would you be willing to fill me in on the basics of your experience

ya know answers to what a pre op wants to know.....like,Your

Stats, now and then...Success, Problems, etc....I know it must be

redundant so I m THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE

Hi! I didn't have any complications or nausea. Dumping hasnt' been a

problem either. I can eat anything I want but in small quantities. Before

I could eat a whole bag of Hershey Kisses and today only one or two will

fill me up. Same with M & Ms. In fact, I get the mini M & Ms because the

regular size are too much. I tend to eat more saltier things such as

pringles chips and cheese curls. Again, only a few. You get to the point

where your body adjusts to the amount you can eat. Anything over that

amount and you get too full and hurt or throw up or have diarhea. I don't

eat much bread. It's a relearning experience but one well worth the taking.
