I can tolerate egg yolk but not the white, I was wondering if I could still

do some recipes with eggs but just use two egg yolks for every one egg.

Would this work?

Hi ,

It probably depends on the recipe and what the egg is doing in that

recipe.

There are some egg substitutes at

and some egg free baked good recipes.
