These things seem to be a good start, but I didn't see any mention of changing

the rules to require listing ALL ingredients in a product. It could be that the

article just didn't cover that.

I'm just glad that they are at least starting to acknowledge that

people actually do have allergies to some ingredients, or perhaps

it's just what the article said, that companies are now targeting

the more health conscious group. I'm sure it was a difficult fight

to get this approved. some of the info on labels is so small I

can't even read it with my glasses - maybe they'll need bigger

packages??

Some companies would have to add fold-out labels to list all of their

ingredients.

Have you ever read Fast Food Nation? In one section of the book it showed

all of the things that made up a " flavoring " .

Some things might have to come with a booklet...
