Symptoms

One or more of the following are Typical Symptoms of IBC:

Swelling, usually sudden, sometimes a cup size in a few days

Itching

Pink, red, or dark colored area (called erythema) sometimes with texture similar to the skin of an orange (called peau d’orange)

Ridges and thickened areas of the skin

Nipple retraction

Nipple discharge, may or may not be bloody

Breast is warm to the touch

Breast pain (from a constant ache to stabbing pains)

Change in color and texture of the areola

If you suddenly develop a lump or mass, have it checked immediately.

We have one reported case where a 9×8x5cm lump developed in only three weeks.Use caution when relying on the interpretations and reports of the mammogram or ultrasound! Inflammatory breast cancer usually grows in nests or sheets, rather than as a confined solid tumor. IBC may not be detected using either mammography or ultrasonography. Increased breast density compared to prior mammograms should be considered suspicious.

Remember: You don’t have to have a lump to have breast cancer

I am not a fan of Cipro. I am also not a fan

of taking antibiotics on a whim.

If you ever get really ill, with a bacterial infection

you will want to be sure it is sensitive to antibiotics

so they work for you.

I dont know if you have an infection or not. I do know that

you can have a low grade infection for years and years !

If you have had a low grade infection all this time....it can

explode at any time....

You need to be checked......that is all there is to it.

Who did your explant ?

I would go to a breast specialist.....especially with your

history of breast surgeries....

Cipro has side effects that I prefer to not get.

Read both of these sites. Remember these are just

Cipro side effects

Rhabdomyolysis

Just as in the case of Baycol and other fluorinated drugs, Cipro can cause musculo-skeletal disorders such as rhabdomyolysis. of experience with breasts that have

I've taken Cipro before I have no plastic's doctor in my area that will do it, I traveled 4 hours away to Dr Schnarrs in Va to have explant. Dr Kolb had suggested and maybe even called it in for me once before...

It is not a good idea to take something like Cipro without a doctors Rx for it, as taking antibiotics is just not a good idea unless you have a life threatening condition.You can take natural antibiotics on a regular basis and that will help your body reduce the burden. Raw garlic is an excellent natural antibiotic. Colloidal silver is another one that I use. A good thing to keep in mind for healing is that you must reduce the viral and fungal loads by using natural supplements regularly. It's been 4 years for me. I still have the stiff neck and the breasts still get reall tight feeling...how would I tell an internists I may have an infection in breast ? How would they check that ? Patty do you still take things and are you all better now ?

I had stabbing chest pains many years ago while healing from explant, but these have long since subsided.... I know what that feels like though...and it did keep happening for a number of years. I've been explanted for 11 years, and I would say that the pains existed for nearly 4 years or so. I think it is the nerve endings healing? Not sure, but I'm glad to say they are gone. hi patty;

i noticed you take a lot of garlic - have you never had allergy problems to something if you take a lot? that always happens to me - i can barely use garlic and some other spices. i heard recently that (dont know which) spices have pesticides (even organic), and that nuts are (organic) blanched in chemicals. dont know about raw, but he wondered. (per dr. weil). i couldnt believe it - both give me trouble.

am also wondering what the benefit of a tea tree douche is. i do h202 with enema, but dont know why someone douches. is it for yeast?

I would however caution too much Vitamin C because they can cause Kidney Stones... proven. I have completely healed. I still do detoxing and I still take

supplements, but focus on natural foods supplements. I've changed my

life to a healthy lifestyle, trying to eat gluten free (it's hard but

worth it to feel better) and I will never go back to the way I used to

live! Now if I could only get in more exercise....

I know with me she assumed as well and put me on Sporanox. I don't know what to believe. I definitely feel ill...did so before I saw her. Yet, every test I've had run since then to check for mold has been normal except for a live blood cell analysis.

According to it, I had a high level of candida surrounding my blood cells. However, every doc in mainstream medicine I saw said live cell analysis is quackery. Even my current MD/ND isn't sure how valid it is...I don't know...I wish we had definitive answers!!

i test allergic tho to garlic and other spices. thats why i started really wondering about the toxins in them after i heard the bit about the blanching of the nuts because i test allergic to all nuts.

Hi Gayle,According to a couple books I've read on heavy metal toxicity, sometimes garlic and other spices can cause reactions, especially if the person is high in metals. Garlic has the ability to act as a chelator which is good, but can also cause herxing symptoms by releasing metals from their hiding places (fat, tissues, etc). It's a toss up...I'm not sure if I should use it and bear the reaction or avoid it and find other ways to get rid of the metals.Yes, tea tree oil douches are good for yeast.If you add coffee to your enema, it increases the effectiveness of the detox, especially w/ heavy metals.~PH

I believe there is some misunderstanding here.........

She IS a patient of Dr Kolbs and has had surgery

on her chest to fix it, after someone else explanted her and perhaps didnt do a good job.

The girl that Dr Kolb said had infection , saw it with her own

eyes when she did surgery on her.......it was on her chest wall

part of the previous misunderstanding......

You wrote your note on my post, I have never

seen Dr Kolb......but will be.....

It gets kind of confusing sometimes........

I know I have a problem with it from previous

surgeries and pathologies etc......

so for me, and my case, it is a no brainer......
