Guest guest
Well, Sweetheart........... its time to have another one......... or some type of screening....MRI.... You are past due....... Also, I have known gals with inflammatory breast cancer.... you can never be too cautious. Read Below : Symptoms One or more of the following are Typical Symptoms of IBC: Swelling, usually sudden, sometimes a cup size in a few days Itching Pink, red, or dark colored area (called erythema) sometimes with texture similar to the skin of an orange (called peau d’orange) Ridges and thickened areas of the skin Nipple retraction Nipple discharge, may or may not be bloody Breast is warm to the touch Breast pain (from a constant ache to stabbing pains) Change in color and texture of the areola If you suddenly develop a lump or mass, have it checked immediately. We have one reported case where a 9×8x5cm lump developed in only three weeks.Use caution when relying on the interpretations and reports of the mammogram or ultrasound! Inflammatory breast cancer usually grows in nests or sheets, rather than as a confined solid tumor. IBC may not be detected using either mammography or ultrasonography. Increased breast density compared to prior mammograms should be considered suspicious. Remember: You don’t have to have a lump to have breast cancer Please see the IBC Slide Presentation, and especially slides 12 and 13: a mass was found in only 15% of mammograms of IBC patients in a peer-reviewed retrospective review of mammograms and IBC. Click here to view pictures of some symptoms of inflammatory breast cancer, effects of steroids, and how skin metastases may appear. Guest guest
~ I am not a fan of Cipro. I am also not a fan of taking antibiotics on a whim. If you ever get really ill, with a bacterial infection you will want to be sure it is sensitive to antibiotics so they work for you. I dont know if you have an infection or not. I do know that you can have a low grade infection for years and years ! If you have had a low grade infection all this time....it can explode at any time.... You need to be checked......that is all there is to it. Who did your explant ? I would go to a breast specialist.....especially with your history of breast surgeries.... Cipro has side effects that I prefer to not get. Read both of these sites. Remember these are just info provided by these 2 different sites.....not to be replaced by what a doctor tells you......and not my opinions just info I read.... Cipro side effects Stop using Cipro and get emergency medical help if you have any ofthese signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing;swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Stop using Cipro andcall your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects: dizziness, fainting, fast or pounding heartbeat; sudden pain or swelling near your joints (especially in your arm or ankle); diarrhea that is watery or bloody; confusion, hallucinations, depression, unusual thoughts or behavior; seizure (convulsions); pale or yellowed skin, dark colored urine, fever, weakness; urinating less than usual or not at all; easy bruising or bleeding; numbness, tingling, or unusual pain anywhere in your body; fever, sore throat, and headache with a severe blistering, peeling, and red skin rash; orthe first sign of any skin rash, no matter how mild. Less serious Cipro side effects may include: nausea, vomiting; dizziness or drowsiness; blurred vision; feeling nervous, anxious, or agitated; sleep problems (insomnia or nightmares); or increased sensitivity of the skin to sunlight. This is not a complete list of side effects and others may occur. Call your doctor for medical advice about side eff http://www.drugs.com/cipro.html and.........it can cause: http://www.westonaprice.org/healthissues/cipro.html Rhabdomyolysis Just as in the case of Baycol and other fluorinated drugs, Cipro can cause musculo-skeletal disorders such as rhabdomyolysis. Since the introduction of fluoroquinolones on the market in 1987, more than 200 cases of rhabdomyolysis, tendinitis, tendon rupture, etc. have been reported in the literature.4,13,14,15 In October 1994 the Japan Pharmaceutical Affairs Bureau was first to amend the product information for fluoroquinolones to state that rhabdomyolysis may occur.16 In 1996, the FDA also issued directives to manufacturers to include warning statements on all fluoroquinoline product inserts to alert patients and caregivers to the potential for tendinitis and tendon rupture.17 In the same year, the Sri Lanka Drug Evaluation Sub-Committee decided that the product information sheet on fluoroquinolone antibiotics should include the following warning: "The onset of tendon pain calls for immediate withdrawal of fluoroquinolone antibiotics."18 Achilles tendon rupture was shown to occur even after withdrawal of the drug with examination showing pathological ultrastructure alteration in tendinocytes. Fluorquinolones including cipro have been required to have a black box label due to the inordinate number of tendon ruptures. **************We found the real ‘Hotel California’ and the ‘Seinfeld’ diner. Guest guest
Well, I would contact Dr Kolb.... you can always trust her word will be to the best of her ability. A plastic surgeon is not a breast doctor. They just do surgery on breasts cuz it makes them lots of money........ A good gynecologist that has lots of experience with breasts that have had problems.......or look up breast specialists online and see what you come up with....**************We found the real ‘Hotel California’ and the ‘Seinfeld’ diner. Guest guest
Hi, everyone, am sorry but I just woke up, remember that we have opposite time zones. Am still in bed, answering this email via my PDA Fone, thank you all for filling in for me while I was in dreamland., thank you for the info you've given, and for all the other info extracted by my sisters on the list.Yes, I am a doctor. Online consultation will still not replace a face to face consultation, however, with your predicament, this is the best that we can do, and hopefully via webcam or other technologies, we can make this work. I will act as a surrogate doctor for you, guide you throughout your case, and whenever you do get a nearby doctor, do inform me & I can coordinate & relay everything to him/her.Yes, you do need some tests. You need both a mammogram and a breast ultrasound, they are complementary, there are some that will be missed by the other which will be caught by the other one.Mammograms detect "calcified" mass, but not vascular. Breast ultrasound detects the vascular, but rarely the calcified, unless if they're heavily calcified.Breasts are warm, okay, so there's a localized reaction only on the breasts, more on the left. This unevenness gives us a consideration that it's infection rather than our other possible diagnoses.Another possibility would be hormonal imbalance, could be an impending menopause. And menopause, without hormonal replacement therapy may be such an excruciating experience for some. I have a patient with a history of heart enlargement, for the past three months she's been having heart-disease-like symptoms like a stabbing pain on the left side, sometimes a pulsating area, usually pain & warmth, which are also accompanied by the regular headaches, dizziness.Did they do capsulectomy, am assuming if you have contractus on the right, that they left the capsule? It's also correct to say that not all plastic or cosmetic surgeons are adept in removing implants & capsule the right way. That's a separate training that we get. I got mine during fat grafting subspecialty training. As far as antibiotics, what you're planning on is doing a shotgun treatment, huh, humm, I wouldn't recommend that, cipro will also kill your good bacteria, responsible for proper digestion and conversion of other nutrients in the gut to become absorbable.Ok, this is what we can do:- do alternating hot & cold compress on your left breast. Do this at 30min intervals. Not too cold, not too hot, okay. This would improve blood circulation on that area & your body will raise the blood supply & send the body's natural bacteria-fighting cells to engulf & fight any infection.Should it be hormonal imbalance, the cold part will make the swelling go down.If the pain increases during warm compress, stop it & just continue the ice compress.Do this the whole day when the breast ache, okay. Then update me with your lab tests when you get them.Usually patients also are weary and afraid that they are alone especially when they can't get any nearby medical help. So, in order for you to feel at ease, I will email you my direct mobile line, don't hesitate to call me in cases of emergency queries, like if am not online.Ok, hopefully the symptoms would wane while you get tests done. By then, we can start any treatments, if need be. Do get a heart scan (2d, 3d or 4d or even color doppler), and the much delayed MRI, pls.Ok, do update me, take care and get well.- brianFrom: <karenw4359@...>Sent: Saturday, June 06, 2009 4:51 AM Subject: Re: Re: Need anwers please help scaredI have some difilican but only 2 Cipro...doubt that will do anythingFrom: jeanneschwerd <jeanneschwerd >Subject: Re: Need anwers please help scared Date: Friday, June 5, 2009, 4:42 PM> >What is heart ablation ? Guest guest
Ok Patty I'm all for this..could you please take the time to list each thing I should take the amts and how often and I WILL DO IT ! From: glory2glory1401 <glory2glory1401@...>Subject: Re: Need anwers please help scared Date: Sunday, June 7, 2009, 10:59 PM It is not a good idea to take something like Cipro without a doctors Rx for it, as taking antibiotics is just not a good idea unless you have a life threatening condition. You can take natural antibiotics on a regular basis and that will help your body reduce the burden. Raw garlic is an excellent natural antibiotic. Colloidal silver is another one that I use. A good thing to keep in mind for healing is that you must reduce the viral and fungal loads by using natural supplements regularly. This will help the immune system, and you can take steps DAILY to help strengthen your immune system.Patty> > > > > > From: <karenw4359@ . com>> > Subject: Need anwers please help scared> > "saline support" <>> > Date: Saturday, June 6, 2009, 1:46 AM> > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Woke up last night with awful chest pain went to ER thry did EKG's (2) blood work and Chest x-rays they said they were 80 % it wasn't my heart but if I stayed over night they would be 98% after other test...I said no and left..I mean all the test came back negative what made me think they would change.....they also treated me for Acid reflux..but that wasn't it either.....I told the doctor about my implants and having them removed about 4 years ago and could it be a muscle spasms...he said unlikly after 4 years..... Guest guest
I would however caution too much Vitamin C because they can cause Kidney Stones... proven. Maybe some people don't get the stones because of constant kidney flush / detox, however, should you don't do any flush, go easy on the vitamin C.If anyone has peptic ulcer, instead of taking the Ascorbic Acid (acidic form of Vitamin C), you can take the Sodium Ascorbate (the base form). From: glory2glory1401 <glory2glory1401@...>Subject: Re: Need anwers please help scared Date: Tuesday, June 9, 2009, 11:07 PM , I have completely healed. I use these and eat them like candy: http://www.iherb. com/Nature- s-Plus-Orange- Juice-Vitamin- C-Supplement- 500\ -mg-180-Tablets/ 7459?at=0 I also eat candied ginger: http://www.shutterb ean.com/uncrysta llized-candied- ginger/comment- page-1/ Patty > > > > > > > > > From: <karenw4359@ . com> > > > Subject: Need anwers please help scared > > > "saline support" <> > > > Date: Saturday, June 6, 2009, 1:46 AM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Woke up last night with awful chest pain went to ER thry did EKG's (2) blood work and Chest x-rays they said they were 80 % it wasn't my heart but if I stayed over night they would be 98% after other test...I said no and left..I mean all the test came back negative what made me think they would change.....they also treated me for Acid reflux..but that wasn't it either.....I told the doctor about my implants and having them removed about 4 years ago and could it be a muscle spasms...he said unlikly after 4 years..... Guest guest
Am keeping an open mind, but, am sorry, I also have to say that Live Blood Cell Analysis for me is not valid. From: perfecthealth68 <perfecthealth68@...>Subject: Re: Need anwers please help scared Date: Thursday, June 11, 2009, 2:54 AM I know with me she assumed as well and put me on Sporanox. I don't know what to believe. I definitely feel ill...did so before I saw her. Yet, every test I've had run since then to check for mold has been normal except for a live blood cell analysis. According to it, I had a high level of candida surrounding my blood cells. However, every doc in mainstream medicine I saw said live cell analysis is quackery. Even my current MD/ND isn't sure how valid it is...I don't know...I wish we had definitive answers!! > > > > From: DGRAHAMA@ <DGRAHAMA@> > > Subject: Re: Re: Need anwers please help scared > > > > Date: Tuesday, June 9, 2009, 2:58 AM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Gayle ~ > > > > I have had an ongoing breast illness since the early > > > > 90's starting with a massive silicone rupture. > > > > I have every single symptom of fungal overload. > > > > I am very sure that the implants are full of > > > > very nasty organisms including many types of > > > > fungal organisms and probably bacteria's. > > > > The generation of implants that are in there > > > > now are the same as the ones that had faulty > > > > valves....For me, its a no-brainer.. .......its there ! ! > > > > > > > > > > > > When the power of love overcomes the love of power > > > > the world will know peace. ~ Jimi Hendrix > > > > > > > > Love the life you live, live the life you love ~ Bob Marley > > > > > > ************ ** > > Download the AOL Classifieds Toolbar for local deals at your fingertips. Guest guest
i test allergic tho to garlic and other spices. thats why i started really wondering about the toxins in them after i heard the bit about the blanching of the nuts because i test allergic to all nuts. gg Re: Need anwers please help scared Hi Gayle,According to a couple books I've read on heavy metal toxicity, sometimes garlic and other spices can cause reactions, especially if the person is high in metals. Garlic has the ability to act as a chelator which is good, but can also cause herxing symptoms by releasing metals from their hiding places (fat, tissues, etc). It's a toss up...I'm not sure if I should use it and bear the reaction or avoid it and find other ways to get rid of the metals.Yes, tea tree oil douches are good for yeast. If you add coffee to your enema, it increases the effectiveness of the detox, especially w/ heavy metals.~PH

I believe there is some misunderstanding here......... She IS a patient of Dr Kolbs and has had surgery on her chest to fix it, after someone else explanted her and perhaps didnt do a good job. **************Download the AOL Classifieds Toolbar for local deals at your fingertips. Maybe, the proper term would be, "She assumed"? The girl that Dr Kolb said had infection , saw it with her own eyes when she did surgery on her.......it was on her chest wall part of the previous misunderstanding...... You wrote your note on my post, I have never seen Dr Kolb......but will be..... It gets kind of confusing sometimes........ I know I have a problem with it from previous surgeries and pathologies etc...... so for me, and my case, it is a no brainer...... **************Download the AOL Classifieds Toolbar for local deals at your fingertips.
