Guest guest
Hi, can anyone please comment on SCD and the use of YCK. My son has been on SCD 1.5 yrs and is showing much progress. His recent CDSA showed no bysbiosis or yeast. It only showed inflammation. He will not touch the nut yoghurt, or any type of yoghurt. I would like to try the YCK instead. Is this allowed on SCD? Thank you, (son 7.5 y.o., SCD 1.5 yrs)

We all know how painful they can be. YCK is a protocol of the Body Ecology Diet. It is not SCD. We DO use some other valuable fermented foods on SCD. Sauerkraut is one of them. Elaine Gottschall used it for the daughter she healed with SCD. Carol F. SCD 5 years, celiac
