Guest guest
Hi, I can't go to sleep so I thought I would let ya'll know what I found out at the cardiologist. My report for my echocardiogram reads as follows: IMPRESSION: 1. Mitral valve prolapse with trace mitral regurgitation. 2. Mild left ventricular hypertrophy The doctor marked me as a Class I for the New York Heart Association Functional Class Symptoms. Well, when I checked the matrix charts for the diet drug settlement it appears as if I will qualify for $95,755.00 in settlement compensation benefits. The thing is, I knew I had MVP but the " mild left ventricular hypertrophy " is new since I was tested in 1995. THANKS A LOT Fen-Phen, Pondimon and Redux. I don't know what " mild left ventricular hypertrophy " is but I don't want it !!!!!!!! I have such mixed feelings because I was hoping that I would NOT qualify for a payout. I'm really feeling down about this. The reason I'm going into all this, is because if any of you took the drugs at all....go get an echocardiogram......even if you don't have any symptoms. You need to be sure you are ok. And if you're not ok then file for your compensation payout. They extended the deadline for filing the pink form. Check out www.settlementdietdrugs.com or call them at 1-. Everyone who took the drugs is a part of this settlement agreement so you need to check into it. When you go to the cardiologist you need to take a copy of the GREEN form with you. This is the one the doctor has to fill out and sign. It cost me $50.00 for him to do this. They told me if I needed a copy of the video tape it would cost $100.00. I actually think the court appointed settlement administrators will request and pay for this video tape if needed. Sorry this is so long but I just know that a lot of us if not all of us have taken these drugs to lose weight and I'm concerned about all of you.
