Guest guest
Hi, not sure about a distrubtor in the UK for flour, however I am going there in a couple of weeks and will check it out. The sub for sugar in baking is pureed fruit or I have used Almond Butter it works just fine. You need to cook your breads a little longer as to not cause it mushy in the center. Guest guest
I will, I found the Almond Butter in my local whole foods store. Its packaged justs like Peanut Butter in a jar, its preserative free (Organic) suguar free, etc. SCD legal. This works great as a sub for sugar in baking. Try the peanut butter cookies from the BTVC the receipe is simple and they cook really quickly. Guest guest
Si, entendemos el español. Aunque no se si le podemos ayudar mucho -- estamos entrando en la dieta nosotros por razones de autismo.
