Guest guest
There are some recipes in the new cookbook - Grain Free Gourmet calling for dijon mustard. Is this a liquod mustard? Is this SCD legal?

Ingredients: mustard seed, apple cider vinegar and sea salt. You don't have to use organic but that brand is very nice. Carol F.
