You know.....I would be very careful anything

you do....how long have you been hypo ?

I am thinking a juice fast would be ok......

so long as it was selected juices...according

to foods that are ok for you.......and you drank

them every few hours....

I hope Doc chimes in, as I think he would know

what would work for you......

You know you actually fast every day..........from

last meal until the next days first intake......

Keep me posted ! I think I am gluten intolerant

myself, and I need to do the elimination diet

to see.....

Funds are an issue. Right they go to the heart

and lungs and the explant........

Goodmorning ! Keep me posted on your testing.

I am curious about it all. I think I am becoming

gluten sensitive....or moreso, may have been for

a long time, but not realizing it.

I think I am becoming sensitive to eggs....and maybe

have been a long time, and just now getting more symptoms

of it. I am allergic to the flu shots, made my entire arm

swell in a huge hive, so I was told to never have another one.

This was after the rupture, I had flu shots every year for

years with no problem.

Well, maybe you can create new bread type things that are

gluten free, and tastey.......get creative in the kitchen !

Those flu shots are scary.....I will NEVER, EVER have one!

My Utah neighbor has permanent double vision from a flu shot. I just

found that out last week on a visit to their cabin about this tragic

side effect from his flu shot.

He got really sick a year before from the flu shot, but didn't think

much about it, apparently, because he went ahead with another flu shot

this past fall. That was when he got the double vision immediately, and

he knew something was up from the shot. After several consults with an

optometrist, he was told that if it didn't go away in 90 days, it was

most likely permanent. He still has it....I feel so bad for him. If

only people wouldn't be so quick to trust the advertising that tells us

we all need that blasted flu shot! He could have avoided this!

He had to buy a special pair of glasses in order to be able to see

normally. He will never be the same, and he regrets ever getting it

now.

So, beware! Beware!

I wonder what would happen if he detoxed

like he had implants ? ?

I know I will never ever have another one....

not after that.....I was lucky that is all that

happened to me......it was from my elbow up.

and looked like there was a giant banana sitting

on my arm. very strange !
