Guest guest Posted October 11, 2005 Report Share Posted October 11, 2005 For several years I tolerated goat and cow yogurt fairly well but did note an expanded waistline and itchy shin sometimes. When these symptoms worsened I stopped yogurt for months but continue comfortably with a few cheeses. Today I tried my batch of whipping cream yogurt. The first spoonful certainly made me feel " different, " but the stuff was so delicious that I had more a little while later and it went better. Sometimes it pays to try again since the immune system can be fickle. I would not reccomend my method to someone who has a definite and extreme allergy to milk protein. Carol F.
