This was a list created by another health advocate... Trudeau, and you can

read his famous books about Natural cures, where he will go into the reasons for

these suggestions.

The concern with taking vitamins is that there are so many bad quality vitamin

supplements out there that some of them can actually do more harm than good.

They are essentially synthetically created chemicals that can burden your liver.

I experienced this early in my illness when I was taking handfuls of all kinds

of supplements, thinking I was doing a good thing for myself, although I didn't

actually feel any better! I felt nauseous at times from all the vitamins! I

really felt awful.

It is better to get all your nutrients from your diet, but that is not really

possible in this day with our depleted soils. So, if you are going to take

vitamin supplements, MY suggestion is to go with WHOLE FOOD supplements, which

are not created in a lab from strange chemical concoctions, but are created from

whole foods and it will state it on the label that it is a whole food

supplement.

One such brand would be those sold by Dr. Mercola.
