Considering Saline Implants with Transversely Incision.. Need your thoughts..

Hi. I'm 27-year old single mother with 34A-long uneven breasts!

For seven years I have been considering saline impants after breasfeading my son

for months. I work fulltime and do my best to parent my son with lots of fun

activities, but he wants a dad more than I want a husband. I dated couple of

guys but when it comes to intimate times I become frozen and embarrassed of my

34A long breasts! I'm educated enough to understand that I can increase my self

esteem instead of having this surgery to find a husband and a father for my son.

However, I want to know your thoughts on my preference towards the surgery with

the following facts:

1. My boobs are literally just skin, but becomes milk cow during pregnancy!

1. I'm choosing the smallest possible Saline iplants to fill up the breast

tissue to only full B size so I can lose the 5 lb-padded bras 2. Transversely

incision under the muscles (no damage to the breasts in case I have more

children to breasfeed?)

3. Board certified surgeon with known reputation (I did my research)
