I just checked my e-mail about every 5 minutes and didn't have any difficulty

at all.

I clicked on e-mail, then clicked it off and went on filling out the form.

In 5 minutes, I did it again. Hope this helps. Love,

Hi Blair,

These are the things others have mentioned to do to get the dreaded PI

finished.

Do your descriptions in word first and then cut and paste. Mine were too lengthy

and detailed and they crashed Dr.R's computer so he said to keep them to about

one short paragraph maybe two. While typing your form,, check your e-mail about

every ten minutes so the computer will know to keep you online and you won't be

idle for too long. Next, wait until after you send your PI form before you fill

out the sleep apnea form and send it.

Last, do not fill in your social security number until the very last thing. This

will keep you from sending the form in error if you happen to press enter by

mistake.

My daughter and I used all these hints and didn't have any problems.
