Guest guest
When I started taking gse, I took 4 drops in an 8 oz. glass of water for 2 weeks and then went off of it for 2 weeks. When I was off of it going on the 2nd week, I got a cold, a fever and a fever blister(herpes) on my lip. I considered this some kind of die-off maybe. As I was very sick and at the first sign of the sore lip, I applied 1 drop of gse to the area. I did this 2x's a day. From start to finish of my blister was only 4 days total. It lingered before for about a week at least. Unbelievably quick healing time for me! I just wanted to share my personal experience with you all. Thanks. Guest guest
With all this talk about GSE, I'm hoping someone can answer two questions for me. First: I ordered a bottle, because someone said they used it as a nasal spray for about a month and finally got rid of her chronic sinus problems. The problem is I have NO idea how much to dilute it! lol Also, to take it for the liver orally, does anyone have suggestions on the dosage (how many drops) and how to take it? Thanks for any help. : Donna >>You can also buy GSE in tablet or capsule form. >>-- ------------ --------- -------- >>I have GSE in capsules, but they were way too strong for me, so I thought I'd try the liquid >>so I could control the dosage easier.----- -----Jackie
Guest guest
I am not a GSE expert, I'd rather use other things. What I do know is that GSE is hard on the liver. See Andy's Neutrophils file (files section) where he says that GSE slows down phase one A LOT. When you say taking it for the liver I'm not sure that slowing down phase 1 is what you wanted. Guest guest
To my best understanding, Andy doesn't say GSE is bad, he says it depends on Phase I, if fast Phase I, GSE can be good, if normal or slow, GSE is bad. Guest guest
I've taken grapefruit seed extract on and off for a long time, generally sensing it was a good thing. Last month I was tested & confirmed to have really fast Phase I liver detox. Since then, I've 'tested' it to see how I respond & it's pretty amazing. My energy & concentration levels are a LOT better with it. Grapefruit helps, also. I order capsules from VRP and simply take one tiny capsule in the morning & sometimes another mid-day. This is such a simple help that I wish I'd understood it better much earlier. Guest guest
Hmmm...so then it seems I definitely need to get this test done. Does anyone know if I use it as a diluted nasal spray, if that affects the liver? : Donna >> wrote: To my best understanding, Andy doesn't say GSE is bad, he says it >>depends on Phase I, if fast Phase I, GSE can be good, if normal or slow, GSE is bad.
