Refusing to eat

Hi everyone. I'm new to the group and the diet. I started my 2 1/2

year old ASD son on the diet last Thursday. He was great Thursday

through Sunday, ate everything we offered him and even fed himself for

the first time. The last 2 days he refuses to eat anything and is

very irritable and angry. We originally did gf/cf for 6 months with

great results in the begining and then his behaviors worsened afer 3

months on the diet. Not to mention his horrible green unformed

paint-like stools. Saturday was the first formed stool he's had in

months. His stools the last couple of days were also formed (and

normal color) as well. His face (cheeks) seems to be red (not rashy)

just red and he has some rash on the backs of his legs (just above the

ankle) and the backs of his arms (tricep area).

I'm really at a loss at what I should be doing right now. I've

offered him so many things to eat (homemade apple and pear sauce),

eggs, bananas, banana pancake, peanut butter, chicken, beef. He

screams when he sees the plate of food and runs to hide. All he wants

is watered down grape juice.

Could his yeast be kicking up? Could he be having some type of

bacterial/viral die-off? We took him off of his supplements when we

started the diet and will be starting him on the probiotics as soon as

we get them (hopefully tomorrow). I bought BTVC yesterday and read

most of it, but I can't seem to grasp what is going on with my kid.

Any advice is very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Tammy ( ASD 2 1/2 years old, SCD 1 week)
