I have no idea if there is an exact SCD guideline to this, but the way I did it,

was just to move slowly. You're at a 1/4 tsp, move up to half a teaspoon for a

couple days, and so on, as long as you are not seeing a reaction fine. What you

want to avoid is massive die off, it is hard on the body.

If you give a dose of yogurt to your child how many days go by before you are or

aren't suppose to see a reaction? I gave my daughter 1/4 tsp. nut yogurt for the

last 2 days and have seen nothing. Am I suppose to increase it until I do? She

has always had a constipation problem but, has been " on schedule " for the last 2

days. She has also been unusually healthy on the diet for the last week and a

half. Also, her sensory issues have decreased dramatically in the last month.
