Guest guest
Patty ~ Well, I feel it is nice America is working towards a green goal, I do believe that part of that movement was/is for monetary reasons and not what it is said to be about, but making it a green America for the right reasons is green and that is good....... I prefer to think of the " Going Real " as going " White " ......meaning........going towards the light of God, or the light of an individuals personal belief system. Going White is going everything that is in a positive light....a light of Love, grattitude, paying it forward, giving, sharing, truth, honesty with ones self, respect for differences of opinions, and totally non-judgemental of others for anything, and having real peace .... We have to start it somewhere...... " Go White " and spread the word ! Love ~ Peace ~ Dede **************Recession-proof vacation ideas. Guest guest
It is very hard to determine the allergies ourselves. The NAET treatment starts with them identifying our allergies for us. They put a vial in your hand, and test your reaction. There are no pin-pricks, or needles, or whatever that other allergy testing mechanism is. You just hold a vial.. I now can test my own self for allergies by holding something in my right hand because they taught me what it feels like when I am allergic. (by having all those vials put in my hand...it's very recognizable the difference between when you're allergic & when you're not... my hand burns when I am) My husband had food out recently to cook, and all of a sudden I felt HORRIBLE. I tested all the foods he had out. When I held the couscous (not yet even cooked) my hand started BURNING after about a minute or two. Before throwing it down the sink, I pointed to where it was burning the worst. (indicated the area on my palm right under my fourth and fifth fingers). After throwing it down the sink, I looked at my palm; a big red hive was right where I'd felt the worst burning. Huge hive. Husband was impressed. I was impressed! This stuff is real. Turns out being allergic to cous cous indicates a wheat & gluten allergy. It's so nice to see you posting again, and THANK YOU so much for sharing with us what has worked for you!I've heard of NAET before...I think there were some posts about this a very, very long time ago, towards the beginning of our group. I have not heard much about this therapy lately, but I do agree with you...I think allergies are a HUGE part of our problem as we get sick.I say this because I developed a sudden allergy to chocolate and brewer's yeast, things that I never had issues before. Then I got stung by a honey bee several years ago, and ended up with some type of allergic rash that spread locally where I was stung on my foot. I saw a dermatologist, and he said it was eczema. I have never had a bout of eczema in my life, and I have not had one since that bee sting. There are other things that have cropped in on our group that indicate allergies are part of this process, and the key is in recognizing what those allergies might be....a hard thing to determine at times, because the reaction can occur hours or even days later. Strange indeed. We've seen women develop gluten intolerance, allergies to eggs, nuts, dairy products, and more. Diet is one of the hardest things to change if the changes are significant, as in a gluten intolerance. Wheat/gluten is everywhere! I've battled with this one myself.I'm so glad to hear that this therapy is working for you! That is so awesome. It's worth a shot for anyone willing to look into it.Keep up your resolve to say NO! to implants.... you are a beautiful, healthy person and have so much to celebrate! Thanks again for coming back to us and encouraging us once again! You're awesome!Hugs,Patty>> I don't know how many of you remember me...I was on here two Decembers ago, fresh from "postponing" a boob job. You all helped me see what these things can do. It struck such a chord in me because I was already exhibiting many of the symptoms discussed on this board, and I just had a feeling in my gut that implants would exacerbate my problems beyond which I could imagine. (Based on what I read of the experiences you all shared...thank you so so so much. And for all of your encouragement. You guys are great.)> > Though I don't post much anymore, I think of you often, and still tell people about you, and champion the cause. I still struggle with "wanting" breast implants, but dreading what they would do to me. I have delirious thoughts of, "Maybe I'd be fine with them!" Stupid brain, and its stupid wants... : ) > > Anyway, the reason I'm writing today, is to share with you something incredible I've just started doing for my body that has already made a tremendous impact on how I feel. I don't know if it's been discussed on here before, but it's AET- Allergy Elimination Technique. I'm having it done at a highly reputable holistic center.> > I don't know if I'm telling you all something you already know, but I don't recall seeing posts on it, so wanted to share because it's been mind-blowing so far. The "theory" is that most of the things that is wrong with our bodies (fibromyalgia, candida, low energy/trashed immune system (low B12), etc.) comes from ALLERGIES. Allergies of which we may or may not even be aware that we have.> > At the center, they test for allergies, then treat them naturally to eliminate them. Already so much energy has returned for me, and I've only been to two treatments. ($45 per treatment, but $500 for initial visit!) Also, they have energy treatments, which I'll be starting in June.> > If I sound like a raving lunatic, well, maybe I am : ) BUT I know what i feel, and this is working for me. I had to share it with you all, as I think we share a lot of the same symptoms. > > They tested me and determined I am allergic to major organs in my body (spleen, intestines, stomach, 'woman parts', etc.) And to other things to, but that shocked me. What they do is eliminate your allergies to other things, which are comprised of various compounds, and as your allergy clears to various things, you clear your allergy to those compounds, and those compounds that exist in your body are no longer something that your immmune system has to fight all day long, mistakenly thinking it's an enemy.> > www.naet.com>
