Guest guest
Hi Darci, > Does anyone know if Simply Organic Spices have been looked at as legal Single spices are legal, but spice mixtures are not SCD legal. So single spices like basil, oregano are fine but chili powder mixtures, apple pie spice mixtures etc. would be SCD illegal. Also garlic powder and onion powder are SCD illegal. > How about Tropical Traditions coconut oil? Pure coconut oil would be fine. Guest guest
Thanks so much Sheila, this makes my life so much easier. I was struggling to find the time to make all the spices. Thanks, Darci > > Hi Darci, > > > Does anyone know if Simply Organic Spices have been looked at as > legal > > Single spices are legal, but spice mixtures are not SCD legal. They seem to last a long time and have lots of pure flavor. Carol F. Toronto, Celiac, SCD 5 years
