Guest guest
Are all the nut milks made with using so much boiling water? I was just able to order some of the non-dairy yogurt starter from GiProHealth and my daughter is casein sensitive. I still want to be able to make her the yogurt. Will I have to add Acidophilus or any other probiotic to the ingredients during the yogurt making to make it strong due to not having all the proteins to feed on? Anyone who has had good luck on this please send me the nut milk recipes (other than the coconut milk) and how to make the yogurt with the nut milk. Do I still cook on stove for so many * and such...Include all details please.
