Karla,

I have done that before and it was no problem. Yogurt takes a very long time to

cool to room temp so it was probably still fermenting for an hour or two after

you unplugged it. Enjoy.

Hello Karla, My name is , I have an ASD 3yr old and have

justread Breaking the VC and am trying my best, we are about 80%scd. I just

unsubscribed myself from the group because I'm simply not computer friendly

enough to participate and am overwhelmed in general and with all the

messages I get. I do need some support and saw that you are Canadian, I am

from Montreal. Can you find out ir anyone would be interested in helping me

out by letting me personally e-mail them from time to time? I've tried 3

times to " Yahoo " and just can't do it. I end up so long on the computer and

am so stressed because I'm so far behind with everything...I know this diet

will help my son but he has a lot of intolerances including egg yolk, milk.

lutein, nightshades...with similar reactions he flaps incessantly after for

hours or eye stims...he is dammaged from MMR and has yeast and probably

bacterial gut probs...I feel dumb for not being able to yahoo but thats how

it is and I can't learn about the computer along with everything else right

now...thanks,

my yogurt- oh no!!

Sorry I sent a blank response by accident. I don't know this answer but I do

know once it

has been refrigerated it can be dripped at room tempereature for hours.
