Karla, I have done that before and it was no problem. Yogurt takes a very long time to cool to room temp so it was probably still fermenting for an hour or two after you unplugged it. I just unsubscribed myself from the group because I'm simply not computer friendly enough to participate and am overwhelmed in general and with all the messages I get. I do need some support and saw that you are Canadian, I am from Montreal. Can you find out ir anyone would be interested in helping me out by letting me personally e-mail them from time to time? I've tried 3 times to " Yahoo " and just can't do it.
