Ah come on ANYONE can milk a goat! She just like a big dog (with an udder).

No she doesn't live in the house with me but I know she would love it! I was

just messing around. My poor attempt at Hypo Humor! Goats are very smart and

people with goats are usually pretty stupid. :o) As my kids 4-H leader used

to say. If your fence does not hold water it will not hold a goat!

We don't milk anymore. It was a royal pain. We just have two pasture

decorations now!

I strain mine using a coffee filter overnight then, scrape the cream off the

coffee filter. That's nice and thick. Jenn & Kali 95% SCD 4 months

goat milk

There should be no difference in the amount of probiotics in

commercially pasteurized goat milk and milk that starts as raw. There

may be some difference in the quality of the yogurt but there are

other factors - what the goats are fed what breed of goat they are

etc..
